3 sets of 20 meter single arm dumbbell or kettlebell overhead walk.Choose a weight which challenges, but enables you to maintain a strong lockout
Accumulate 8 to 10 wall walks
Skill (10 min):
Every minute for 10 minutes:
Pick an amount of kipping handstand pushup reps you can complete in 10 seconds.
(10 seconds of work, 50 seconds of rest).
Choose a rep range which can be maintained across all 10 sets.
