With just 30-minute sessions, 3 days a week, this add-on program fits perfectly into your current routine and will have you repping out HSPUs in no time.
Improve Your Freestanding Handstand Hold offers:

📆 Program length: 6 weeks of focused training (3 sessions per week).
⏱️ Session length: 30 minutes per session, including coach’s insights and recovery tips.
🧠 Coaching notes: Each session includes coach’s notes to provide context, progressions, and recovery advice.

Sample Programming - Week 1 / Session 1
Prep (5min):
3 sets of 20-meter single-arm dumbbell or kettlebell overhead walk. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain a strong lockout.
Endurance (5min):
Accumulate 8 to 10 wall walks.
Skill (10min):
Every minute for 10 minutes:
Pick a number of kipping handstand push-up reps you can complete in 10 seconds. (10 seconds of work, 50 seconds of rest).
Choose a rep range that you can maintain consistently across all 10 sets.
